Because Finland doesn't celebrate Halloween 
Just a little quick icon ;3; I might re-edit this during christmastime or something. I might add a background too. But for now this'll just be with a lazy animated pumpkin. There's a little color glitch there that I need to fix. Iaza's being done and I've tried to fix it like 5 times, so I'll try again tomorrow. e___e
