Seems very nicely shaded. Even if it's not a super dynamic pose or anything I still like it. It fits the character's appearance, I think. :)

Sometimes if I can't think of something I'll go try to find a dynamic reference of the same / similiar species. Helps mix it up and practice. :)

I try to do that, but everything I find is usually not too exciting (especially with canines, ugh). I do have a dog mannequin, but it's anatomically a huge flop. It's like taking a person and putting them on all fours basically, haha. Maybe I'll use it for ideas, though. :3
